Opis Atrium House

The house extends across three floors and offers a total of 214 m² of living space, designed to provide a modern and functional layout. The net floor area is based on the proposed floor plan; however, the buyer can gain additional usable space by reducing the number of partition walls.

The interior is designed to allow each buyer to arrange the rooms according to their own preferences, while the recommended layout includes:
